lovely clean room, great view of the fields, amazing continental breakfast selection
The bar closing at 10pm just ruins post-dinner relaxation!!! The room heating should have been sorted before reopening, as it was freezing !!! No dessert menu and poor restaurant service were disappointing!!!

We had an enjoyable stay! Julie was incredibly accommodating, even offering a travel cot for our baby. The breakfast was significantly better than our last visit, especially the sausages. the bar's early closing time was a bit of a letdown.

The location was perfectly situated for a quick stop, and the room felt warm and inviting. The modern breakfast options included quality sausages and fresh bread, significantly improving over previous visits. On the downside, the bar closing at 10 PM felt premature, limiting evening relaxation, and I found the dinner menu somewhat smaller than expected. Nevertheless, complimentary Wi-Fi was impressively fast and reliable.

good quality food but early bar hours
The breakfast quality really impressed me. The sausages were from a proper butcher, and the bread was excellent. Dinner options were fewer but the cooking was great. I particularly enjoyed the fish and chips. Staff were attentive.
The bar closing at 10 PM definitely took away from a relaxed evening.

Julie at reception was a gem, quickly sorting a travel cot for our baby while also giving special attention to our five-year-old. The room setup was perfect with a king and two singles for all of us.
The bar closing at 10 PM was a bit of a buzzkill-you can only eat so much before you need a nightcap! Next time, I'll have to bring a flask.
